All amounts on BJI App are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit/credit cards. There is no need to convert to any foreign currency at any stage.

Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and a strong password. You will receive an OTP via SMS to verify your number. Once confirmed, your account is created and you can make your first deposit straight away. The whole process takes under two minutes on most devices.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use BJI App. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. Your CNIC is checked during the KYC verification process to confirm your date of birth. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 are permanently closed.

No. BJI App allows strictly one account per person. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will be merged or permanently closed upon review. If you previously had an account and cannot access it, use the password recovery option on the Login page or contact support via live chat.

You will need a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC through the verification section in your account settings. Most KYC submissions are reviewed within a few hours. Full withdrawal access is only available after KYC is approved.

On the Login page, tap the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address. You will receive an OTP or reset link to verify your identity. Once confirmed, you can set a brand new password and sign in immediately. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact support with your CNIC details for manual recovery.

Deposits & Payments

BJI App supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion needed at any point.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers and card payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit has not appeared in your balance after 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

Yes, a minimum deposit applies and varies slightly by payment method. As a general guide, most methods have a minimum of a few hundred PKR. The exact minimum for each method is displayed on the deposit screen inside your account before you confirm the transaction.

BJI App does not charge any platform fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges depending on your account type. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure about their fees before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal section. Select your preferred method – JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer – enter the amount you want to withdraw and confirm the request. Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the team before being sent, which typically happens within the same day for requests submitted during business hours.

Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met, or account details that do not match your registered information. Yes, accumulator bets are supported. You can combine multiple match selections across cricket and other sports into a single bet slip. All legs of an accumulator must win for the payout to be triggered. Higher accumulators carry greater risk but also significantly higher potential returns.

Settlement rules for abandoned or weather-interrupted matches depend on the specific market and the outcome at the point of abandonment. Generally, if the minimum number of overs required to constitute a valid result has not been completed, bets on those markets are voided and stakes are returned.
