These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the BJI App platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering and using the platform, you agree to everything set out below.

Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice and any associated balances may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. This includes your real name, valid contact number and other details as requested. Providing false information, using another person's identity or using fabricated details is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. BJI App will never ask for your password by phone, email or chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account until BJI App is formally notified of unauthorised access.
Note: Accounts registered using VPNs, proxy services or any method intended to obscure your true identity or location may be suspended at BJI App's discretion.
All transactions on the BJI App are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are displayed within the account deposit section.
Deposits are credited to your account as quickly as the respective payment channel processes the transaction. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of your financial institution.
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method belonging to another person – including a family member – is not permitted. BJI App reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any transaction.
BJI App does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. BJI App is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Deposits made to your account are intended for betting and gaming activity on the platform. If you wish to withdraw a deposit before using it for betting, BJI App reserves the right to apply standard verification procedures before processing such a request.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. Supported withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and card withdrawal where applicable. The method used for withdrawal must match or be linked to the method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability.
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are often completed within a few hours during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
BJI App may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is standard practice on betting platforms and is done to protect the account holder. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC or other identification document. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. Requests above the maximum single-transaction limit may need to be submitted in multiple transactions across separate processing periods.

Bets placed on the BJI App are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the betting rules for any market before placing a wager. Ignorance of the rules is not accepted as grounds for voiding a bet or requesting a refund.
All bets are subject to acceptance by BJI App. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Do not assume a bet has been placed until confirmation is received.
Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to that wager. If odds change between the time you select them and the time your bet is processed, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
Live in-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and other available sports are subject to additional rules. There may be a brief delay between placing a live bet and its confirmation to allow for odds verification. BJI App reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after a material event has occurred but before the market has been updated, such as a wicket falling or a goal being scored.
A bet may be declared void if a match is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the time limits specified in the applicable sport rules. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 and the stake is returned to your account. In accumulator bets, a void selection is treated as if it did not exist and the accumulator is recalculated without it.
Important: Any attempt to take advantage of technical errors, mispriced odds, or system vulnerabilities to place bets at incorrect prices constitutes a breach of these Terms. Such bets will be voided and the accounts involved may be suspended.
BJI App offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, enhanced odds and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 World Cup and other cricket tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by market and game type and are specified in each individual offer's terms.
Each promotional offer specifies which users are eligible. Some offers are restricted to new registrations, while others are available to existing players. You are only entitled to claim each offer once unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or other means will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
Bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry period stated in the specific offer terms. Unused bonus funds or free bets that have not been used within the expiry period will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
BJI App reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. If an offer is withdrawn while you have an active bonus balance, any existing wagering progress will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
The BJI App casino section includes live dealer games such as blackjack, baccarat and roulette, as well as slots and other table game variants. All casino games are provided by third-party game studios and are subject to their respective return-to-player (RTP) rates and game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.
Casino games are games of chance. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards or spin of the wheel in real time. Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach, BJI App will conduct a review before making a final determination. BJI App provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning at all times, there may be periods of scheduled maintenance, technical interruption or circumstances beyond the platform's control that cause downtime or degraded performance. To the maximum extent permitted, BJI App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical malfunctions, delays in withdrawal processing or reliance on information displayed on the platform.
BJI App's total liability to any individual user in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount held in that user's account balance at the time the relevant event occurred.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
BJI App collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available at bjiapp.net/privacy-policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.
Personal data collected during registration and account use – including your name, contact details, payment information and betting history – is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity and comply with our internal policies. This data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment transaction data shared with payment processors such as JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast is handled in accordance with those providers' respective data policies, which govern the processing of financial transactions on their networks.
